FSQ Information Session 10.17.2018

PHMC is now taking applications for Cohort 2 of the Fund for Sustaining Quality (FSQ). FSQ, made possible by the Vanguard Strong Start for Kids Program™, is a competitive award available to eligible STAR 3 and 4 child care centers operating in Philadelphia. The planning grants will support the development and implementation of sustainability plans.
